Shipment Policy

At Valor Stag, we are committed to delivering your order safely and on time. Each piece is carefully packed and handled with precision to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Please note: During high-volume periods such as sales or holidays, order processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and are always working to get your items to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping Options:

We offer standard and express shipping options at checkout.
Estimated delivery time:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Cancellations:

If you need to cancel your order, you may do so before processing of the order. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In that case, you may refer to our Return & Exchange Policy to initiate a return (if eligible) after delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey in real-time. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days, feel free to contact us at contact@valorstag.com.

Delays & Lost Packages

While we strive for timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to weather, customs, or carrier issues. ValorStag is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or external factors beyond our control.

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please report to us at contact@valorstag.com and shipping company within 48 hours so we can help resolve the issue.
