Return & Exchange Policy
At ValorStag, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to make it right.
Returns
We accept returns within 4 days from the date of delivery only in case of prepaid orders. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
- A reverse shipment fee upto ₹100/- can be charged per product, which will be deducted from the refund.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 4 days from the date of delivery. Exchanges will be accepted in case of size change only and not for color changes. In case of stock unavailability, you can choose for another product, price will be adjusted accordingly.
Please note: All the conditions applicable for returns will remain same for exchanges as well.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, issue must be reported to us within 24 hours through Return Request Form in My Orders or contact us through contact@valorstag.com. We’ll prioritize your case and send a replacement or process a refund at no additional cost.
Special Notes
- Items purchased during special sales, promotional events, or marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Returns and exchange are not accepted in case of Cash-On-Delivery (COD). Returns and exchanges receive the balance in Valor Stag Wallet.
